Amazing tips Fernando. Here's my addition after doing a few coding interviews last year:
You just have to do more interviews. It's like a skill you constantly have to exercise. Same with leetcode. Don't get obsessed with it, but if you're looking to land that job and coding is involved during the interview, just do some leetcode stuff. That should fix most of the problems you also mentioned.
Premature jumping to the problem phase can lead to a mediocre solution or, even worse - not fixing the root cause of a problem.
